The next phase was the works to rest of the outside of the property, which included a full overhaul of specialist timber window repairs as well as repairs to the original high level timbers as well as a full DOFF clean to the existing brickwork of the property and a large re-pointing scheme and replacement of spalled bricks. New gutters and downpipes as well as roofing works were all completed to the building.
We then completed the rest of the remaining apartments with 2 on the first floor and 1 penthouse to the top floor of the building. These were not as large as the ground floor apartment however they required exactly the same treatment to create the bespoke consistent finish throughout in a style to match that of the ground floor.
With these apartments on the upper floors we had to include for all sound and fire separation to meet the appropriate regulations. All finished on time.

Firstly, we began with the Ground Floor Apartment which covered the whole ground floor of the property comprising 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, hallway and large living/dining area. There was specialist work involved including the repair of the original windows and doors, a comprehensive plaster and joinery overhaul which included making bespoke replacement skirting boards and architraves to match the existing. Full plumbing/heating and electrical systems throughout including column radiators. Supply and Installation of new bathrooms and kitchen to the apartment as well as full decoration and upholstery. This was completed in time for a new tenant at the time.
